The goal was to modernize an existing logo without breaking its connection to the brand’s legacy. With a long and culturally unique name, the design demanded a balance between clarity and sophistication ensuring the name remained readable, refined and true to its heritage.

The Design Solution

The redesign builds upon the original mark, introducing cleaner lines and refined proportions for a more contemporary appeal. The updated typography ensures clarity while adding a sense of grace and prestige. During the design process, an unexpected discovery emerged when the mark was rotated, it formed an “S,” echoing the founder’s name. This subtle coincidence added a personal and heartfelt layer of meaning to the logo subtly honoring the late founder, Sunny.
